Social Security Disability benefits can be difficult and frustrating on your own. Whether you have recently become disabled or have been denied benefits, we can help. We understand obtaining your Social Security benefits can make the difference between you struggling financially and having the funds and medical care you need to survive.

Social Security has two major programs, Social Security Disability Insurance Benefits (DIB) and Supplemental Security Income (SSI) to draw from when an individual has become physically or mentally unable to work. Social Security Disability Insurance, or DIB, is for the individual who has worked and paid Federal Insurance Contribution Act (FICA) taxes. The FICA taxes you pay allow you to earn credits with the Social Security Administration. The amount of time you have worked, along with the number of credits earned, determines whether you will qualify for DIB

The other major program the Social Security Administration offers is Supplemental Security Income (SSI). The SSI program is in place for adults and children who qualify based on income. The amount of SSI payments are based on financial needs, and you must fall under certain income and resource limits in order to qualify for this program.
