Non-Attorney Disability Representative/Paralegal
Kayla Bolin Peters is originally from Geneva County and is a graduate of Slocomb High School. Kayla attended Troy University of Dothan and graduated with a Bachelor of Science degree in Criminal Justice with a minor in Psychology.
Kayla has been responsible for screening, preparing, and presenting hundreds of successful Social Security claims for Wiregrass residents since 2006. She has expanded her skill set to include the general practice of law, though she retains an emphasis on Social Security disability cases and continues utilizing her knowledge and experience on behalf of our Social Security disability clients.
In May 2017, Kayla went to Baltimore, Maryland and completed and passed the Social Security Administration E.D.P.N.A. Examination, allowing her to represent disabled individuals in their claim for Social Security Disability Benefits.
Kayla is married to Jonathan D. Peters. When Kayla isn’t spending time with Jonathan and her two daughters, Jenavieve and Zoë, she enjoys reading, painting, singing, and writing poetry. Kayla is an accomplished poet and has had several of her poems published in a collection of poetry for the Library of Congress.
